My name is Barna Hulényi, 52 years old, coming from Hungary. I consider myself an experienced and reliable hospitality professional with over 25 years of international expertise in the world of luxury cruise lines and exclusive resorts as F&B manager and Hotel Manager.
Strong leadership skills, comprehensive F&B management knowledge, and outstanding guest relations. Since 2023, I’ve been working in Hungary as a professional hospitality advisor and project manager, intensively involved in building teams, trainings in hotels and restaurand.
My goal is to bring my passion and extensive experience to a premium-level hotel or hospitality establishment.
Miklós Bálványos
My name is Miklós Bálványos, a hospitality professional with more than 30 years of international experience in luxury hotels, cruise lines, and fine dining establishments.
Over the decades, I have built a career on professionalism, precision, and a passion for service excellence. Today, I bring this expertise to Hungary, working as Training Manager at a leading catering company, where I deliver professional development programs and oversee high-level protocol events. Alongside this, I also teach hospitality and service skills at a secondary school specializing in tourism and gastronomy.
My mission is to shape the next generation of hospitality professionals and support teams in raising their standards, ensuring that every guest experience is defined by genuine care, attention to detail, and a lasting sense of welcome.
